All payments are due upon receipt. Payment is processed via PayPal and a credit card payment is required upon checkout.
- Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
- Manufacturer Delays – Due to COVID, many manufacturers are still experiencing issues with keeping items in stock. Should this effect your order, you will be promptly contacted via the email address you provided at checkout.
It is the buyers responsibility to gain authorization to use any copyrighted, protected, and/or trademarked material in their order. Big A Designs will not be liable for use of any protected, copyrighted, trademarked logos, designs or artwork in products supplied to your specifications. Any designs produced by Big A Designs for any buyer shall remain the intellectual property of Big A Designs and may not be used in any other form without prior written consent. Big A Designs reserves the right to use any item designed by us for any buyer in advertisements, etc. Please email us if you’d like to opt out of public advertising.

By making a purchase, buyer agrees to terms and conditions as listed above
- 1. Orders ship out within 3-5 business days and are processed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) during regular business hours. Once an order is processed it will be shipped via USPS First Class.
- 2. You will receive an E-mail confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. (Please check your SPAM folder for E-mails about your order).
- 3. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once USPS has possession of the package, we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
- 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We will not held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the order address.
2. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If there is a problem, please reach out to us within 14 business days of delivery.
- Refund/Return Policy
*We do not accept “forced returns”. If there is an issue, you must reach out to us prior to returning. Shipping fee’s will not be refunded on any invalid addresses, undeliverable packages, RTS or “forced returns”.
*Personalized items are not refundable. Please double check your personalization details prior to purchasing. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 business days.
*Decals are not returnable once an attempt has been made to adhere same. All decals come with easy to read instructions, if buyer has a question, buyer must reach out prior to placement.
*Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of the return upon inspecting the item.
*If your return is approved, we will initiate a return to your credit card (your original payment method). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive a refund within a few days.
*You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
